It need not be slow, and our system guides a claim through quickly and economically. FULL ADMIRALTY MARSHAL ARREST This action can be taken as a final step wherever the vessel may be in England. It ensures that the vessel cannot be moved nor may goods be removed from it. We have a fully organised system in place which allows us to arrange such arrests quickly, efficiently and economically. Thereafter we can look after vessels under arrest and take care of the client's interests when the vessel is auctioned.
